Hold'em: 6666X | Omaha: AAAAX

  • The “Bad Beat Jackpot” applies to the games of Texas Hold’em and Omaha. When posted as a one Jackpot number with both games qualifying, Hold ‘Em will be eligible for 70% and Omaha will be eligible for 30% of the posted prize amount.

  • The following guidelines will apply in order for a hand to be considered for the “Bad Beat Jackpot”:

    • A minimum of three (3) players must be dealt in the hand.

    • In order to collect monies for the “Bad Beat Jackpot,” the pot must be a minimum of twenty-dollars ($20.00).

    • The game must not have a reduced rake of any kind.

    • The hand cannot be part of a Bomb Pot, Double Board, or Run It Twice

    • Both the winning and losing hands must use two of their hole cards and three cards from the board at showdown.

    • To qualify for the Texas Hold ‘Em Bad Beat Jackpot, a player must lose with Quad 6’s.

    • To qualify for the Omaha Bad Beat Jackpot, a player must lose with Quad Aces.

    • For Four-of-a-Kind both the winning and losing hand must contain a pocket pair (a pair in the player's hand).

    • In the case a hand finishes with more than two qualifying hands, The two highest ranking hands will receive the “winning hand” and “losing hand” prizes. The lower hands will receive the active table share.

    • All winning hands must be left exposed on the layout until management personnel remove the deck(s) of cards from the table.

    • Players must play their hands independently. Any discussion of the prize during the playing of the hand may void qualification for the Bad Beat Jackpot. If any player, whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand, passes information or instructs another player how to act or reveals his/her hand to other players, the hand will no longer qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot.

  • The Bad Beat meter amounts will be updated once per week based on the funds collected throughout the prior week. In the case of a qualifying “Bad Beat Jackpot,” the amount reflected on the meter at that time will be divided among the holders of the winning and losing hands as well as all other active players at the table. The winning hand will receive thirty percent (30%) of the jackpot, the losing hand fifty percent (50%), and the rest of the active players at the table will receive twenty percent (20% which will be split amongst the remaining players active in that hand).

  • An active player at the table to receive a table share must be dealt into at least one hand since joining the table and have no missed blind buttons. They do not need to be dealt into the hand where the jackpot was won.

  • The accreditation of the cash prizes will take place within one week after any of the Jackpots have been triggered.

  • Management personnel will verify the players’ hands qualify for the “Bad Beat Jackpot.” Management reserves the right to verify eligibility of all qualifying hands prior to the distribution of the Jackpot. Once hit, management will make a reasonable effort to communicate to active players that a payout is pending.

  • Management personnel or a designee will reset the “Bad Beat Jackpot” meter to the reserve or reset amount if there is one (less the new reserve amount, if there is one) after the winning hand has been verified. If the promotion ends when the Jackpot gets hit, management will remove the amounts from the meter and discontinue the promotion.
